About UFAC

The Unified Filipino Airsoft Club was founded by band of five brothers who formed the core teams named as Mistah, Magdalo, FEAR, Ghost Recon and ARMAS. With a very limited supply of airsoft gears and equipments the core teams were able to organize five strong teams forming the Unified Filipino Airsoft Club – UFAC UAE.

Several months prior to formation of UFAC, a group of other airsoft enthusiasts in town started airsoft as an underground activity due to lack of resources and absence of a legitimate game site. Thus, on September 07, 2007 17:00 hrs, the UFAC legitimately started playing airsoft at Sharjah Golf & Shooting Club with 26 players. Starting that day, airsofters in UAE ceased on playing in the mountain, desert and unauthorized warehouses wherein their safety is at risk.

October 2007, The Philippine Consulate Office recognized UFAC as the first legitimate airsoft group in UAE with 120 active members.

Early days of November 2007, UFAC scouted another game site in Dubai and discontinued on January 2008 due to some business legal issues.

February 2008 – the first ever airsoft tournament was held in the land of Emirates with 13 participating teams.

Scouting around for new game sites, airsoft equipments, as well as BDU’s and gears, airsoft community in UAE fastly grow forming 21 teams and 480 members comprising the new Gulf Airsoft Federation fully recognized by the Filairsoft.

Chancing to meet other airsofters and non-airsofters in town, the UFAC continuously opened their arms allowing all airsoft enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts to embrace this activity as one of the best stress relieving sports activity available in town.

UFAC will continue on giving fun and camaraderie among its members and everyone will continue to AIM, SHOOT and have FUN (the main ingredients of UFAC success).
